1. Who we are
Aralas Creative provides content, search and marketing services. This policy covers this website and the enquiries and bookings associated with it. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
Information handled as part of a client project may also be covered by the client agreement and any applicable data processing agreement.
2. Information we handle
- Enquiries: your name, email address, website or product link, service interests and any details you choose to send.
- Bookings: contact details, appointment time, timezone and answers you provide through Calendly.
- Client work: business contacts, project communications, agreed account permissions and records needed to deliver and administer a service.
- Technical information: hosting and service providers may process your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times to deliver and protect their services.
Please avoid including passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in enquiry messages.
3. How we use information
We use information to reply to enquiries, prepare requested samples or proposals, arrange calls, deliver agreed work, manage client relationships, maintain security and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, this may be taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation or pursuing legitimate interests such as answering business enquiries and securing our services. Where consent is required, we will ask for it and you may withdraw it. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
4. How the email enquiry forms work
The main homepage and contact-page forms prepare an email in your own email app. They do not send your message to Aralas Creative automatically. We receive the information only when you send the email. Your email provider handles the draft and transmission under its own terms and privacy policy.
The form code does not save these entries in a website database or browser local storage. Your browser or email app may retain autofill information or drafts according to your own settings.
7. Keeping information and protecting it
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected. Relevant criteria include whether an enquiry is still active, whether a client relationship continues, and whether records are needed for accounting, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised.
Access should be limited to people who need it, using appropriate account controls and secure ways to share client access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you suspect information associated with your enquiry or project has been exposed.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict processing, object to certain uses or withdraw consent. These rights may be subject to exceptions, including legally required recordkeeping.
Email [email protected] with your request. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing information and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also raise a concern with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for business customers and are not directed at children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when our website, services or information practices change. The date on this page identifies its latest version. For questions about this policy or your information, contact [email protected].
