Services

Here's exactly what we do,
who it's for, and what it costs.

Every deliverable is listed. Every price is visible. No discovery calls required to find out what something costs.

We work in one space: food bloggers, DIY and craft creators, and the craft supply businesses that serve the same community. Three different businesses, one connected world. The services below are built specifically for each, not adapted from a generic agency template.

Open to All: Bloggers, Shops, Anyone

Pinterest, running in the background every month.
Starts at $350/month.

For bloggers and shops who handle their own content and need Pinterest distribution managed as a focused, standalone service. Every pin is intentional, keyword-optimised, and built to drive traffic back to your site or shop. No creative work on your end. No strategy calls needed after month 1.

Pinterest is a slow-burn channel that compounds: the pins you publish today keep driving traffic for months. Most clients see meaningful referral traffic by month 3. The ones who invest in it consistently see it become their second-largest traffic source within 6 months.

Package A

  • Board strategy: creation, naming, keyword optimisation (month 1, then maintained)
  • Seasonal planning: holiday and trend content 4–6 weeks ahead

For DIY and Craft Bloggers at 50K+ Monthly Sessions

The entire content operation.
Off your plate.

You're at 50K sessions and you know you could be at 150K. You just can't keep up with the output. Content is a second full-time job on top of the business you're already running.

This service takes it all off your plate. Strategy, writing, SEO, upload: running as one coordinated operation. You approve content and show up to one call a month. Everything else runs without you.

Minimum entry: 50,000 monthly sessions. Below this threshold, the content volume this service produces outpaces the site's ability to absorb and distribute it effectively.

For Craft and DIY Supply Shops

97% of your visitors leave without buying.
The ones in your community don't.

You paid to acquire that customer once. They bought once. That's where it ended. Crafters are on Pinterest right now looking for their next project. Some of them need exactly what you sell. They're not finding you.

This system builds organic discovery, earns the visit, gives people a reason to stay, and turns one-time traffic into a purchase habit that compounds without more ad spend. Content, Pinterest, email, and community, coordinated from a single operation.

Starting at $1,199/month. Three tiers. Each one builds on the last.

The Audience Build-Operate-Transfer Model

For shops that want to own what they're building.

A 12-month contract structured so that everything Aralas builds belongs to your business at the end of it.

Most retainer relationships have one uncomfortable question underneath them: what happens when we stop paying? The BOT model answers that question upfront. By the end of month 12, everything Aralas built belongs to your business: the platform, the content system, the email automations, the Pinterest strategy, the brand documentation, the playbooks. All of it is yours, whether you continue with us or bring it in-house. You are not renting attention. You are building an asset.

Phase 1 — Build

~$57,500
12-month contract value. That is what a fully built, fully operational, fully documented audience system costs. At the end of it, you own the system outright whether you stay or go.

Why this changes the internal approval conversation

A standard retainer is an operating cost. It shows up every month on the P&L. The BOT model is a capital expenditure. You are building a business asset. That framing matters for boards, investors, and co-founders evaluating whether the spend makes sense.

Most clients who reach month 6 with strong results do not leave. Not because we have locked them in, but because consistency and institutional knowledge take time to replace. The renewal rate reflects that reality fairly.

What's not included.

Short and honest. The right client will appreciate knowing this before the call.

No website builds or redesigns.

We work within your existing WordPress or Shopify site.

No off-niche content.

DIY and craft for bloggers. Product-adjacent tutorials for shops. Not lifestyle, parenting, or general-interest content.

No guaranteed Google rankings.

We guarantee quality, strategy, and execution. Algorithm outcomes are not within any agency's control, and any agency that claims otherwise isn't being straight with you.

No rush delivery.

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days per piece. Sub-48-hour requests aren't offered.

No unlimited revisions.

One round per piece is included. Additional rounds are billed at $50/hour.

3-month minimum on all monthly retainers.

Content and SEO both compound: month 1 is foundation, months 2–3 are where results begin.

Questions worth answering before the call.

What do you actually need from me each month?
Your login access and a monthly call. We handle the strategy, research, writing, SEO, upload, and Pinterest. You review content once before it goes live. That's it.
Can I start with just one service and add more later?
Yes. Most clients start with the service that addresses the biggest gap first, then add layers as they see the results. We can talk through what makes sense for your situation on the discovery call.
When do I see results?
SEO and content both compound. Month 1 is foundation: posts go live, existing posts get optimised. Months 2–3 are where traffic movements start showing. Significant growth typically appears by month 4–6. We report monthly so you can see every step.
Do you write in my voice, or will it sound generic?
We read 5–10 of your existing posts during onboarding and document your voice, vocabulary, and style. All content is written to match. We've been writing in the food and craft niche for 8 years, and most readers can't tell the difference. One revision round per post is included if anything needs adjusting.
What's the cancellation policy?
30 days written notice after the 3-month minimum. No lock-ins beyond that. No penalties.
Why is there a minimum session requirement for the Content Operations System?
At lower traffic levels, the content volume this service produces outpaces the site's ability to absorb and distribute it. Below 50K sessions, the better starting point is usually SEO and Pinterest first. Build the traffic base, then bring on the full content operation. We can talk through the right entry point on a call.
Who is Muhaimina Faiz?
Muhaimina Faiz is the lead craft and tutorial author on our shop content packages. Having a named expert author, rather than anonymous agency content, that ensures the authority signals from your blog flow to a recognisable person associated with your brand. This matters for E-E-A-T and for building a real content identity your audience can connect with.

Every deliverable listed. Every price visible. If this looks right, the next step is a 30-minute call.

We'll talk about your blog or shop, where you are now, and where the gaps are. If there's a fit, we'll walk through what that looks like. No hard sell. No commitment on the call.
