You're at 50K sessions and you know you could be at 150K. The gap isn't effort: your content isn't working as a system. We start with a full entity analysis of your site, build a quarterly content map of connected tutorials and pillar pages, then execute 8 posts a month from that plan. Readers finish one tutorial and follow the thread to the next. Pages per session climbs. Google sees topical authority. You approve content and show up to one call a month. Everything else runs without you.

Minimum entry: 50,000 monthly sessions.

What happens from day one.

Month 1

Foundation

We don't start writing until we understand where you are. Month 1 begins with an entity establishment analysis: a full map of your site's topical coverage, ranking opportunities, and content gaps. From that, we build your first quarterly content map and content production begins.

  • Entity establishment analysis
  • Quarterly content map built (tutorials + roundups as connected series)
  • Month 1 articles written from the map, not from guesswork
Every Month

Production

Eight posts every month, all from the quarterly map. Every article keyword-researched before writing begins. Old posts updated from analysis, not at random. A publishing calendar so you see the full schedule before anything goes live.

  • 6 tutorials + 2 roundups/pillar pages
  • Monthly keyword research for every article
  • Up to 4 old post updates based on analysis
  • Publishing calendar + monthly growth report
  • 45-min call: results review + next month's plan approval
Every Quarter

Compound

At the start of each quarter, the content map is rebuilt from performance data. What compounded gets doubled down on. What didn't gets replaced. New topic series planned three months out.

  • Content map refreshed from performance data
  • New 3-month topic series planned
  • Strategy adjusted to what's compounding

Why connected content compounds. Random articles don't.

Most content strategies write posts on unrelated topics. You get 8 articles a month that have nothing to do with each other. A reader finishes one and leaves. Traffic trickles. Nothing builds on itself.

Series-based content works differently. A reader finishes your macrame wall hanging tutorial. There's a roundup of the 8 best beginner macrame projects. They click it. That roundup links to six in-depth tutorials. They read two more. Pages per session doubles. Google sees a site people actually explore, not one they bounce off immediately.

The quarterly content map is what makes this repeatable. Every tutorial is planned to feed into a roundup. Every roundup distributes readers back into tutorials. Month over month, the loop gets stronger.

Without a content system
  • Posts on unrelated topics each month
  • Reader finishes one post and bounces
  • Low pages per session
  • Google sees scattered topical coverage
  • Traffic grows slowly, if at all
With a quarterly content map
  • Posts planned as connected series
  • Reader follows the thread from post to post
  • Pages per session climbs
  • Google sees topical authority
  • Traffic compounds month over month

What happens in month 1?
Before we write a single post, we run an entity establishment analysis: a full review of your site's topical coverage, existing rankings, and content gaps. From that we build your first quarterly content map: a series of tutorials and pillar pages planned to work together. Content production begins in month 1, not month 2.
What is a quarterly content map?
A 3-month plan built around connected topic series. Instead of writing posts on unrelated topics, we build clusters: a roundup or pillar page covering a broad topic, supported by 6 in-depth tutorials on each aspect. Readers follow the thread from one post to the next. Pages per session rises. Google sees topical authority. Both compound over time.
Why is there a 50K session minimum?
At lower traffic levels, the content volume this service produces outpaces a site's ability to absorb it. Below 50K, a Blog SEO service that optimises existing content is the better first step.
Is there a contract?
3-month minimum commitment. Content authority builds on itself: month 1 is foundation and analysis, month 2 is where ranking movements begin, month 3 is where it starts to compound. After the initial 3 months, cancel with 30 days written notice. No penalties.
What do you need from me each month?
WordPress access and a 45-minute monthly call. Each month we present the content plan for your approval before any writing begins. You review finished content once before it goes live. That is your entire involvement.
